This is one of my favorite desserts. It's very easy to make and it looks so beautiful!
1 angel food cake
2 pints heavy whipping cream
2 packages of vanilla pudding
3 carton of berries
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon almond extract
Mix the milk, pudding and almond extract until smooth.
Whisk in the cream then chill in the fridge while you cut up the berries.
You can use pretty much any kind that is in season. I used here 2 cartons of strawberries and 1 of raspberries
Slice the angel food cake into pieces.
Start layering in your trifle bowl starting with the cake on the bottom, then pudding, and then the fruit. Repeat until the bowl is full ending with fruit on the top.
Let it set in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
